Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct shopfloor layout measurements to optimize space and efficiency.
Perform cycle time measurements to identify areas for process improvement.
Analyse data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Basic knowledge of CNC machining and AutoCAD design
Fluent in Romanian and communicative in English as a plus
Quick learner and a strong curiosity for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
