Strategic Procurement & Spend Management

• Develop and manage site spend forecasting models to ensure cost-effective procurement strategies.
• Utilize predictive spend analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor spanet conditions, material costs, and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.

• Negotiate and execute supplier contracts, ensuring the best possible terms for cost, quality, and delivery.
• Consolidate supplier relationships to streamline procurement processes, reduce complexity, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with aerospace industry regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and operations teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives, leveraging data-driven decision-making to optimize procurement spend.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and risk management protocols.

Profile and other information related to the position

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, data analytics, and spend analysis.
• Experience negotiating and managing supplier contracts.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and procurement software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry standards, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

• Certification in CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or equivalent.
• Experience with lean procurement methodologies and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Familiarity with global supply chain dynamics and risk management strategies.
