Honeywells ACST team is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist for our Golden Valley, MN location. In this role, you will work closely with engineering leadership to coordinate project planning, purchasing, and scheduling.

The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $56,000.00 - $70,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidates work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is overtime eligible.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Providing proposal and administrative support including participating in inventory management and proposal efforts
- Managing the program purchasing process (e.g., obtaining quotes, creating purchase requisition requests, writing sole source justifications, and tracking material)
- Overseeing tagging, transporting, and tracking of government/capital property and expense items, and ensuring compliance with the Government Property Manual
- Partnering with the facilities team to generate, track and review work orders, ensuring compliance to safety regulations and supporting facility modifications
- Drive accountability w/ engineering to identify complete BOM requirements against proposed material budget
- Identifying items that require calibration and maintenance, and managing the maintenance process
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex and unforeseen problems
U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
YOU MUST HAVE:
- At least two (2) years of experience managing inventory and purchase requests
- S. citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
WE VALUE

- Associates or Technical degree or 4 years Military experience
- Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Experience working with SAP, eQuip! and MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
