Were seeking a Creative Production Designer to join our fantastic in-house team. The role will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand- and spanetign communication and streamlining our creative processes. If youre a design enthusiast with a knack for automation and new technology – and have a desire to work in a fast-paced, exciting industry, we want to hear from you!
The role:
Youll be at the heart of our spaneting efforts, responsible for developing and producing high-quality, on-brand spaneting materials across all digital, but also on occasion analog channels. Youll be a key driver in optimizing our creative workflows through automation and technology implementation, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
The role is located at our office in Fornebu and reports to Senior Manager Creative and Content.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience producing high-quality spaneting materials
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Knowledge of and interest in AI and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly).
- Strong knowledge of graphic composition, digital layout, and motion graphics.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Creative, positive, and collaborative mindset.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
- Ability to travel when needed.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Template Creation & Management: Develop and maintain design templates for all relevanrt channels and fomats.
- Technology Implementation: Responsible for technology to automate tasks like image editing, content generation, translation and design optimization. Train team members on effective use of new technology.
- Production Workflow Optimization: Analyze and improve existing workflows to increase efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and enhance quality.
- Design & Creative Development: Be a vital part of the team’s responsibilities of developint creative martekting solutions. Create design materials for tactical campaigns, content spaneting, social media, CRM, websites, and other media (static, motion, and audio).
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards and are error-free. Manage approvals for agency-produced assets.
- Production: Version master files for various channels and spanets.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM): Oversee the DAM system, configure self-service design tools, and maintain brand consistency.
