The Shuttle Driver Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling and dispatching of shuttle drivers to ensure efficient and timely transportation services. This role involves receiving, recording, and distributing work orders to service crews based on customer requests. Key tasks include recording customer information, preparing and assigning work orders, scheduling service calls, and dispatching crews. The Dispatcher also follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction, keeps detailed records of service calls and work orders, and relays instructions or updates to mobile crews.

Additionally, the Dispatcher oversees activities related to staff, contractors, and visitors, ensuring compliance with security procedures. They report any security breaches, suspicious activities, or non-compliance with the site security plan to management or through the WFS whistleblower program. This role is integral in maintaining operational efficiency and security standards for the warehouse and associated operations.

• Schedule and dispatch shuttle drivers to meet transportation needs efficiently.
• Monitor real-time operations and address delays or issues as they arise.
• Communicate route assignments, schedule changes, and updates to drivers.
• Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, trips, and vehicle usage.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints related to shuttle operations.
• Conduct regular performance checks to ensure punctuality and service quality.
• Assist in managing vehicle maintenance schedules and reporting issues.

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Prior experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Subject to random DOT drug testing.

• Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
• Knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and transportation regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Work in an office or dispatch center with occasional visits to the field or shuttle locations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while monitoring operations.
