As a Technician-Electronic-Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing a variety of complex technical tasks in the field of electronic assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. You will work with a team of skilled technicians and engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of our electronic products. Your expertise in electronic assembly and testing will be crucial in meeting customer requirements and maintaining high standards of product performance.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and youll work out of our Urbana, OH location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our electronic manufacturing processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our assembly and testing procedures, driving innovation and excellence in electronic manufacturing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary role will be to perform electronic assembly, testing, and troubleshooting tasks according to established procedures and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in electronic products.
- Conduct quality inspections and tests to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing processes, including test results and product specifications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of electronic manufacturing processes.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in working with surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole components
- High computer literacy
- Willingness to work OT as needed
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in electronic assembly and testing.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electronic components and circuits.
- Proficiency in using electronic testing equipment and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
