Electrical TechnicianPosition OverviewThe Electrical Technician plays a key role in assembling, modifying, and testing wire harnesses and related components. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret technical documentation, and hands‑on experience working with aircraft electrical systems.
Primary Responsibilities- Interpreting work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine required materials and assembly steps
- Reworking connectors, backshells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs, and other components used in wire harness construction
- Wrapping, tying, and organizing wiring to meet quality and safety standards
- Routing wires and adjusting routing paths or breakouts as needed
- Performing electrical testing to verify functionality and compliance
- Completing all associated documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Essential Qualifications- Proven proficiency in wire harness assembly
- Minimum of 1 year of aircraft electrical experience
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and modify electrical components
- Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Preferred Skills- Familiarity with electrical testing procedures and equipment
- Experience adjusting wire routing and breakouts
- Strong attention to detail when completing paperwork and quality checks

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
