Job Title: Avionics TechnicianJob Description
Looking for contract-to-hire Avionics Technicians. All candidates will be working in a temperature-controlled environment, performing modifications and repairs on Learjet, Global, and Challenger corporate aircraft. The Avionics Technician position is designated for the wide body program at the Tucson Business Aircraft Service Center. Troubleshoots, repairs, inspects, modifies, and services aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronics equipment. Performs and documents all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform modifications and repairs on Learjet, Global, and Challenger corporate aircraft.
- Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify, and service aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronics equipment.
- Document all work performed according to appropriate manuals and regulations.
Essential Skills- 2-3 years of aircraft avionics experience.
- Avionics/Electronics Aircraft Tech School or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand electrical engineering drawings.
- Basic set of hand tools.

Work Environment
Our temperature-controlled facility is located on the south side of Tucson International Airport. Candidates will be working day or evening shifts. The first week of employment will be spent in Bombardiers orientation class.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $58.00/hr.
