Job Title: Avionics TechnicianJob DescriptionAs an Avionics Technician, you will be responsible for installing wiring and electronic systems related to C-Checks and VIP Modifications of 787-9 aircraft. This role also includes work on a military VIP large jet due for C-check. Your duties will include basic wiring buildups, preparation and installation of wiring kits, running wires, terminating, crimping, checking connectors, and testing with multimeters and voltmeters.
Responsibilities
- Basic buildup and preparation of wiring and cables from mod kits and drawings (10)
- On-aircraft routing and installing wires and cabling, documenting/tagging/labeling, crimping-terminating, and testing (90)
Essential Skills- Experience in aircraft maintenance
- Expertise in avionics, wiring, and electrical systems
- Experience with 787, 767, and 777 aircraft
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 4+ years of avionics installation and repair experience
- Preferred: Experience in VIP mods/custom interiors or completions environment
- Local to area or region highly preferred
- Military avionics experience is acceptable
- Must be eligible for SIDA badge (proper IDs required)
- Possession of own tools

- The large hangar space with two aircraft, storerooms, and inventory is operated by our client.
- The position offers a day shift from Monday to Friday or 4 X 10s from Monday to Thursday with possible overtime.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00
