Job Title: Avionics Bench Technician
Job Description
Join our mission-driven team dedicated to protecting the American warfighter by installing the latest technology on military aircraft. This role involves working in a climate-controlled avionics backshop, primarily focused on bench work including fabrication of coaxial cables, ethernet cables, specialty wire harnesses, and various racks/boxes.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate coaxial cables, ethernet cables, and specialty wire harnesses.
- Assemble various racks and boxes.
- Terminate connectors and perform spot tying of harnesses.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of avionics experience.
- Proficiency in harness assembly and terminating various types of connectors.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics and diagrams.
- Experience with soldering, crimping, and cable assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ownership of tools with shadowed toolbox and tools etched or colored by Day 1.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled avionics backshop near the Centennial, CO Airport. The schedule is typically 4 or 5 days a week from 6am to 4:30pm. Overtime may be available based on program needs. Enjoy the benefits of working in Colorado, a state known for its natural beauty and outdoor activities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
