About the role
You will be responsible to investigate, analyze and initiate Warranty claim to recover all benefits accrued from aircrafts, component airframe, repair orders, inspections, modifications, Engine Manufacturers and Commitment Letters as per applicable Contracts, Consumables & Expendables, GTA Agreements and QTR Terms and Conditions.
Some of the tasks include:
• Establish strong communication with other internal sections such as Supply Chain, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning, Workshop, Base Maintenance/Line Maintenance and Cost Control in order to collect valid supporting data as it pertains to warranty claims. Also, strong communication with external suppliers to ensure claim success, smooth process flow and monitor claims TAT.
• Evaluate existing contracts for applicable warranty terms in order to assess applicability of existing and future warranty claim cases.
• Analyze failures for correction, modification, upgrade and/or replacement of components upon scheduled and unscheduled removals (i.e. Aircraft, Engines, Power Plant, Wheels & Brakes and Systems).
• Analyze the validity, accuracy and authenticity of all supporting documents prior to submitting the warranty or recovery claims to ensure correction of failed components; and upgrades/retrofits/modifications to Airframe, Engines, Power Plants, Equipment, Systems per agreed terms and Commitment Letters at no charge to airline.
• Re-evaluate warranty Repair Quotes Rejections, shop findings, quotes and invoices for warranty repair, NFF, CID overhaul, scrappage, replacement and or credit in lieu thereof.
• Establish relationships with Aircraft Manufacturers, Engine/ Power Plant Manufacturers, Approved Vendors, Repair Stations/Agencies at their Customer Support/ Warranties Administration Level to communicate claims and check for reports in adjudication.

Qualifications
About you
• Minimum 4 years of job-related experience in the technical field of Warranty Contracts/ Technical/Engineering/ Supply Chain and Procurement in aviation industry.
• Good knowledge of contracts analytical skills and types.
• Strong Data Analytics skills
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Solid background in using relevant tools in QR Technical (TRAX, Oracle functions, AirbusWorld, MyBoeingFleet, SkyWise HM, Boeing AHM and Workflow)
• Familiar with aviation documentation (IPC, AMM, CMM, CMA, LOC, RIL, SIL and SB)
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
