The User Administrator role, is a new role in the IT Support, and has been created to support an increasing demand for dedicated focus and quality of work, within this area.
As a User Administrator in Satair, you will join a team situated in Copenhagen, Singapore, Beijing, Hamburg, and the US. We provide IT Support and user administration to our colleagues in the business on a 24/7 basis, by following the sun.
The User Administrator role manages user accounts and access permissions across Satair’s IT systems.
You will help ensure that users have the appropriate access while maintaining security and compliance standards.
Your daily tasks will mainly consist of 2 areas (but is not limited to): Manage Service Requests and Incidents for the area of IAM in our systems.
What the job is …
Your main responsibility is to support our colleagues in the business by managing service requests and incidents related to IAM.
Central aspects of the job:
Assist with onboarding, moves and offboarding processes related to user accounts.
Ensure that IAM activities are done with proper attention and care by ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
Identify potential access requests and processes for automation and thereby removal of manual workload on the team.
Participate in internal and external audits related to IAM
Participate in and drive projects/initiatives related to the User Administration area
Create and maintain documentation related to our IAM processes
Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts in various systems and applications.
Assign and manage user access permissions based on role and need.
Monitor and respond to user access requests and issues.
Conduct regular reviews of user access and permissions.
Assist our colleagues in Infrastructure & Operations on tasks where hands are needed
Work closely with the different Service Desks within the organization of Airbus
What do you offer?
We’re looking for a candidate who likes the role of a User Administrator in terms of helping users and making sure that our colleague got the access that was needed within the expected timeframe.
A skill needed for the job is the ability to practice attention to the details, and that you are skilled in general at book-keeping activities.
Your communication skills are important and that means you can engage in a dialogue with a skilled technician but also a colleague that has less understanding of IT than yourself. This will be needed in verbal and written form. On the written aspect, structure and an eye for detail is a plus.
We strive towards applying the principles of ITIL in our ITSM tool and you therefore need to be aware of the basics of ITIL Foundation.

What are we looking for? How much experience? What type of experience?
1&43; years of experience in a similar role
Experience in user account management
Experience in scripting and automation is preferred, but not required
Strong understanding of access control and security principles
Experience in writing documentation
Proficiency in using administrative tools and systems
Good communication skills
Fluent in English both written and verbally
Written skills that demonstrate structure
Can offer valid references to attest your skills/personality
