Position Purpose:
To prepare a complete and accurate workpack for distribution to the operator for the fulfilment of the requirements of EASA part145.A.55 in accordance with MOE para 2.14
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Record receipt of aircraft workpack in accordance with published procedures .
- Review the Corridor Maintenance Record System /CMP & CAMP Cards for accuracy and completeness throughout the maintenance input .
- Record any errors found during review of aircraft documentation and ensure that corrective action is performed.
- Inform Gulfstream CMP records system.
- Create log book certificates for maintenance aircraft.
- Post original log book certificates to customers.
- Filing log book certificate and original worksheets.
- The administration of the computer controlled records archiving system for all documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
- Microsoft Office competent.
- Human Factors - preferred.
- Luton Phase 1 trained -preferred.
- RSA typing qualified - preferred.
