The Sr. IT Project Management Specialist is the operational heartbeat of the India Regions org. This role ensures that all strategic and program-level commitments across the India IT organization are tracked, coordinated, and delivered with rigor.
Working closely with the Director of Chief of Staff & Strategy and across all India IT functions, the Sr. PM drives the operating rhythm, ensures cross-functional alignment, and provides the VP and leadership team with clear visibility into progress, risks, and blockers.
Responsibilities
Program & Project Coordination
- Own the program tracker across all India IT initiatives — hiring drives, COE build-out, Innovation Lab, university partnerships, and engagement programs
- Coordinate project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across the India org and with global stakeholders
- Run weekly program reviews, identify risks and blockers early, and drive resolution with the appropriate owners
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations
Reporting & Executive Visibility
- Produce the weekly India IT executive status report — consolidating updates from hiring, COE, Innovation Lab, and engagement streams
- Build and maintain dashboards and trackers that give real-time visibility into org-wide commitments and deliverables
- Prepare meeting materials, action item logs, and decision registers for leadership reviews and steering committees
Hiring Drive Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for India Hiring Drive events — venue, panel scheduling, candidate communications, and day-of operations
- Track candidate pipeline, interview completion rates, and offer outcomes across all drives
- Maintain the India hiring master tracker and provide regular updates to the VP and HR leadership
Stakeholder Coordination & Communications
- Coordinate cross-functional asks across India HR, Finance, Facilities, and global IT teams on behalf of the India VP org
- Draft communications, meeting agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up notes for leadership engagements
- Track action items and commitments from key meetings and ensure timely closure
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of experience in IT project management, program coordination, or PMO roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Strong proficiency in project tracking tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent)
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to produce clear executive-level reports and summaries
WE VALUE
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification
- Experience supporting a senior IT leader or VP in a chief of staff or program support capacity
- Familiarity with hiring operations, talent programs, or HR coordination in large enterprises
- Experience in the Aerospace, Industrial, or Technology sector
