The selected candidate will actively contribute to process automation, optimization, and innovation, while acting as a subject matter expert in data visualization. The individual will also support the continuous improvement of the department in line with industry best practices and share their expertise with team members.

Act as a data visualization expert within TCCCollaborate closely with stakeholders, including Middle Office teams and Portfolio ManagersDesign and develop various tools and reports (positions, P&L, performance attribution, Greeks analysis, etc.)Lead or contribute to projects related to the implementation of new processes and toolsServe as a liaison between technical teams and Portfolio Managers to effectively understand business needsEstablish and promote best practices in portfolio monitoringEnsure strong governance to maintain data integrityIdentify, recommend, and implement process and system improvementsDevelop and maintain a periodic review process to ensure reports remain relevant and effectively utilized
QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field5 to 10 years of relevant experience in portfolio monitoring, financial analysis, or a similar environmentAdvanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent)Strong programming skills (Python, SQL, DAX, or equivalent)Solid understanding of financial spanets, particularly fixed income and derivatives
Preferred Qualifications CFA, FRM, or PRM designation (completed or in progress)Experience in data environment structuring or data architectureExperience with system implementation or transformation projectsKnowledge of BloombergBilingualism (English and French). This position requires bilingualism at the professional level to provide support to clients and employees located outside of Quebec or who require services in a language other than French.
