Senior Analyst - Below the Wing (BTW) & Baggage Execution

The Sr. Analyst - Below the Wing Baggage and Execution serves as the focal point for below the wing projects and analysis of baggage performance within the system. This position will be driving solutions for the field, liaison between AO Execution and Safety and Regulatory department, and policy execution. This role serves as the primary liaison to represent the airport strategy and priorities to other Corporate Support Center teams to include policies and procedures, process and technology solutions, front line and leader communications, safety and regulatory compliance and digital products

• Lead projects and participate in cross-departmental engagements
• Analyze key performance data and provide recommendations for resolutions
• Address issues that are causing performance and service delivery degradation
• Lead communications, monthly lesson, training development
• Drive sustainability of process and technology solutions

NOTE: This position is based at the CSC-Willis Tower, located in Chicago IL and considered as a hybrid work-schedule.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
• People leadership skills including performance management
• Reliable, punctual attendance
• Minimum 2 years’ Management/Leadership experience in an airport leadership role (or CSC role in direct support of Airport Operations initiatives)
• Ability to lead peers and influence other leaders collaboratively using Core4
• Proven track record for decisive action to solve operational problems
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change and overcome resistance to change
• Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with other workgroups and frontline employees
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to facilitate effective meetings/workshops as well as present to Executive-level leaders
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with complex issues
• Must be willing and able to travel 50-60 domestic and international
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

• Strong analytical skills tied to performance data
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite: PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook
• Knowledge of Baggage Service Office process: Safety and Incident Reporting protocols
• Knowledge of Operational Metrics / Balanced Scorecard
• Corporate support experience/comparable experience leading peers
• Project Management essentials (or equivalent experience leading projects)
• Unimatic/Scanner familiarity: Below the Wing suite of tools (BART/BOLT)
• Knowledge of Palantir
