Job Description:

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Revenue Accounts Administrator to join Europes largest airline group.

This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years.

The successful candidate will work as part of our Revenue Accounts Department based in our global Head Office in Airside Business Park in Swords, Dublin.

We are looking for people who are keen to learn and quick to adapt in a fast changing environment. Owing to the precise and organised nature of Ryanair’s finance operations, it is important that candidates exhibit a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Audit and review of reservation flight bookings to ensure all applicable revenues are collected per business policy.
  • Preparation of Monthly Booking Invoice files.
  • Generation of monthly Revenue Invoices/Credit notes.
  • Liaise with call Centre/Airports on monthly revenue invoice queries.
  • Monitor revenue monthly data reports for quality, efficiencies, and improvements.
  • Conduct Airport and Revenue Audit reviews.
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested from time to time by Revenue Accounts Team Lead.
