We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Records Analyst to support our Aircraft Records Department in maintaining complete and accurate aircraft maintenance documentation. This role is critical to ensuring full accountability, traceability, and regulatory compliance of all aviation-related maintenance records. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage high volumes of documentation with precision, and communicates effectively with internal teams, external customers, and regulatory authorities.
As a 24/7 operation, we have openings across all shifts, including standard day shifts, 2nd shift, weekend shifts, and 12-hour shifts. Candidates must be flexible and willing to be assigned to any shift based on operational needs.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Locate, receive, audit, repair, scan or copy, inventory, file, distribute and archive completed aviation related maintenance records generated by the repair station.
- Organize, both physically and electronically, high volumes (tens of thousands) of aviation related maintenance records for 100 accountability.
- Track, scan, retain and recall aviation related maintenance records.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external customers, and regulatory authorities regarding special record requests.
- Practice good customer service while assisting, supporting and corresponding with customers.
- Ensures that all work performed follows company procedures including but not limited to the FAA accepted RSM/QCM, Standard Operating Procedures and other applicable procedures related to FAA and other regulatory agency requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–3 years of documentation management experience.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English, including following verbal and written instructions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and priorities.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and reaching above shoulder level.
- Occasional crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- Corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
EQUIPMENT OPERATED:
- Copy machine, scanning machine, computer, telephone, golf cart.
- Computer software such as Microsoft, Excel, Etc. for tracking, recording and communication.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- The work location will be primarily in the Records office.
- Potential hazards include exposure to materials identified on Material Safety Data Sheets.
OTHER DUTIES:
- May be required to work at both Marana, AZ and Tucson, AZ locations as business needs dictate.
- Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of department management.
