Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a motivated and driven Senior Quality Analyst for a position based in Arlington, TX. This position supports the PAC-3 Missile and Launcher Sustainment programs.

What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Subcontracting, Program Management, suppliers, and customer to ensure quality standards are implemented and being met throughout the product sustainment process.
• Provide technical data in support of engineering investigations.
• Provide support for root cause and corrective / preventative actions.
• Ability to analyze and resolve process issues varying from basic to very complex.
• Perform data integrity reviews and investigations.
• Contribute to Corrective Action Board meetings focusing on improvements and corrections.
• Drive closure to nonconformance reports.
• Provide technical liaison support related to quality engineering matters.
• Engage in product failure investigations, material review board decisions and corrective/preventive action.
• Ensures corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and/or are compliant with requirements.
• Work closely with both Internal and External Customers to ensure adequate acceptance of product.
• Travel to required inspection or delivery locations, ranging from day trips to multiple weeks (10+) up to 50+.
• Perform inspection of fielded hardware, document findings both written and visually, and review of documentation.
• The position requires previous quality engineering experience in developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures.
• Individual should be a self-starter, with an attention to detail, who can work autonomously with minimal direction in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications:
Degree at bachelors level or higher and/or equivalent experience/combined education.
Previous quality experience in developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures
Demonstrated understanding of audit techniques
Thorough understanding of engineering requirements and inspection methods
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming Material (Material Review Board)
Experience solving complex problems associated with the quality of products and in Quality Management processes / capable of performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions to complex problems
Experience working with Government customers
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with Technical Operations, Manufacturing, and all other stakeholders
Ability to travel to required inspection or delivery locations, ranging from day trips to multiple weeks (10+) up to 50+.
Ability to obtain a passport
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance

Experience with use of inspection gages and measuring equipment
Earned Value Management System Cost Account Manager (EVMS CAM) certification
Familiar with requirements for handling and control of Government Furnished Equipment / Property during field, ground or operational tests
Ability to obtain an international drivers license

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
