Position Summary

As part of our dedicated team, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to oversee and manage end-to-end project performance activities for high-end cabin completions and refurbishments. From first contact with the core team to final redelivery, you will play an important role in ensuring each project’s success. Your role
- Own the Project Timeline: Plan, monitor, and manage projects through all phases, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Ensure Excellence: Guarantee that every project meets the highest standard of technical quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Drive Schedule Adherence: Coordinate closely with stakeholders, ensuring that the project stays on track through diligent schedule management
- Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks and challenges early, developing actionable mitigation strategies to keep the project moving forward
- Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a cross-functional leader, working in a matrix organization to align resources and meet project milestones

Your profile
- Proven expertise in project management within a global, matrixed environment
- Deep understanding of Gantt charting and scheduling processes
- Exceptional analytical skills and solution-oriented mind-set
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation
- Ability to adapt, innovate, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborative team player with the talent to inspire and influence
- Strong communication skills, fluently spoken in English; any other language is a plus
