What are your contributions to the team?
- Coordinates, reviews, and analyzes incoming program operation requests, statement of work, and impact statements to ensure completeness, documentation, and clarity.
- Coordinates and performs follow-up during program change implementation to ensure adherence to committed deliverables and schedule as well as prepares recovery plan for management approval.
- Go and see to assess impediment and question to help define the issue (is/should be), declare Andon if it’s a situation that responds to the definition.
- Record Andon call and prioritize Andon.
- Initiate Go and See with Andon team (only required groups).
- Lead Andon team to establish Andon plan, with clear actions, ECDs and owners.
- Maintain plan up to date and communication plan & updates to everybody.
- Coordinates with action owners to insure ECDs are respected.
- Ensure response time are respected and escalation process is respected.
- Escalate issues as required.
- Coordinate follow-up meetings until Andon is considered close.
- Ensure communication between shifts with team leads in Ops and quality and validate action completion until Andon is considered closed.
How to thrive in this role?
- You must have a minimum of 3 years project/program management experience
- You must have associate’s degree in accounting or a related field or equivalent work experience
- You must have Basic knowledge of Project Management Institute’s (PMI) project management body of knowledge (PMBOK)
- You must have Working knowledge of process improvement methodology and application (e.g., Six Sigma)
- You must have Working knowledge of Bombardier Change Management system and Program Manager tool
- You must have Presentation and communication skills to achieve increased process/project harmonization and improvements
