Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Staff Analyst to join the VC-25B Chief of Staff’s Office in San Antonio, TX.
BDS is a global leader in the development, production, maintenance and enhancement of fixed-wing and rotary wing aircraft, commercial and government satellites, human spaceflight programs and weapons. Key spanets include aeronautics, space and weapons. Core capabilities are in development, production and mission enabling upgrades of integrated solutions. Position Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers
Develops plans and objectives and provides management review and tracking performance to plan data
Manages chart templates and administrative duties
Manages employee engagement and assists with leading a culture & engagement team
Helps with internal program communications
Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
Analyzes data and summarizes budget information, workforce levels, training requirements, and equipment/facility needs
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years’ experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
1+ years’ experience in planning, organizing, facilitating and/or executing large scale meetings and events
Experience working in a cross functional environment
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a business field
Knowledge and/or experience within the aviation industry
Experience having positive relationships, collaborating effectively and communicating clearly
Conflict of Interest:

Work Location:
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary pay range: USD $78,200 - $105,800
