Position Summary
We are looking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) who will be responsible for supporting business process changes within our manufacturing locations. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with excellent analytical and organisational skills and able to work on multiple projects and drive them to successful completion.
Responsibilities
Work individually or as part of a team to analyse and document existing and new business processes
Creation of requirements specification documents for new projects or enhancements to existing systems with full consultation across impacted business areas.
Creating detailed software change requests and raising development requirements where change is required
Coordination & execution of data migration to assist in business realignment activities
Creating comprehensive project plans with key milestones
Undertaking resource planning and risk assessments
Status Reporting to all stakeholders
Analysis and extraction of business intelligence data for business reporting.
Qualifications
3 - 5 years experience implementing and supporting ERP systems is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the business.
Knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply chain processes is essential
Strong Project Management skills
Experience in a range of BA tools and techniques and experience of business projects which have involved detailed system analysis
Basic server, storage and network knowledge
Programming knowledge in either sharepoint or .Net technology an advantage
Degree in Business, Finance or IT related subjects.
Fluent in Polish and English
