About the Role


We’re looking for a dynamic HR Systems Adoption Specialist to join our Avature Project team. The candidate is expected to design, deliver, and manage training and adoption programs that support the successful implementation of our new recruitment and onboarding system. They will play a crucial role in ensuring employees are well-equipped to adapt to new processes, systems, and organizational changes.

What you will do



  • Training Needs Assessment:


    • Collaborate with the Avature project team and wider Recruitment and Onboarding teams to identify specific training needs related to new HR systems, processes, and policies.

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the impact of the HR transformation on different employee groups.


  • Program Development:


    • Design and develop targeted training programs that address the identified needs, ensuring alignment with the overall HR transformation strategy.

    • Create user-friendly and engaging training materials, including manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and other resources in collaboration with other teams and stakeholders.

    • Align with the Change Management team to ensure training initiatives support broader change management objectives and help foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation within the organization.


  • Training Delivery and Coordination


    • Coordinate with trainers as needed for specialized training and knowledge sharing sessions.

    • Manage the logistics of training plans and training sessions, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication.

    • Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes to ensure compliance and support future training needs.


  • Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:


    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data.

    • Continuously refine and improve training materials and approaches based on feedback and evolving project needs.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration:


    • Partner with Change Management Team, HR leaders, IT, L&T, and other key stakeholders to ensure training aligns with the new HR technologies and processes being implemented.

    • Act as a liaison between the Avature team and employees, providing regular updates and addressing concerns related to training.


Job Requirements:

Qualifications:


Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Human Resources, Education, Business Admin, or any other relevant field



Experience:


5+ years of Proven experience in training, development, and coordination with a strong focus on HR systems and transformation projects



Knowledge/skills:


Proven experience in instructional design and delivery, particularly in a project-based environment.


Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create captivating contents and convey complex information clearly.


Proficiency in training software and tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
