Role PurposeThis role will be responsible for implementing and executing spaneting plans and initiatives in the Central Region (Malaysia & ASEAN spanets). The ideal candidate will work closely with the Assistant Manager and Manager to bring spaneting campaigns to live, drive business growth and increase revenue aligned to fulfil the Commercial division’s goals.
Key Accountability- Assist with end-to-end spaneting initiatives and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver success for the accountable spanet.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external parties in integrated spaneting communication initiatives
- Implement and execute spaneting plans and initiatives. Ensure spaneting plans are delivered on time and meet objective
- Monitor, track, and report on the performance of spaneting initiatives. Provide regular updates to the Assistant Manager / Manager and Central Region Senior Manager to ensure all activities are aligned with objectives and targets.
- Liaise with internal and external teams, including creative teams, digital teams, media agencies, and PR agencies to ensure deliveries of the assigned tasks.
- Follow established processes and procedures for spaneting activities. Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and contribute to the success of spaneting initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local partners, distributors, and agencies.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, revenue management, etc.) to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Creating tracking codes and performance dashboards for campaign monitoring and optimization.
- Ensure campaigns are well executed and aligned with HQ
- Assist with analysis of route and campaign performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to uncover new revenue opportunities
Qualifications and Working Experience- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or any related discipline.
- Meta Blueprint: Media Planning Professional, Media Buying Professional, Marketing Professional, Business Manager
- Google Ads Certifications: Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Analytics.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in spaneting; preferably in travel, tourism, or aviation industry.
- Having a track record of driving purchase conversions through performance spaneting would be advantageous
Areas of Experience- Experienced in integrated spaneting communication strategy and execution.
- Preferably experienced in digital performance spaneting, from planning to implementation; familiarity with digital advertising platforms is an added advantage.
- Skilled in planning integrated spaneting across all consumer touchpoints, with strong knowledge of both traditional and digital channels.
- Understands the full consumer funnel and has experience optimizing digital conversion campaigns
