As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide high-level strategic and administrative support to our Executive Leadership Team. This role requires a proactive, highly organized professional who excels at managing complex operations with creativity and poise. • Location: Sky Chefs Americas HQ, Irving, TX        
• Work type:  In office: Monday - Thursday, Remote: Friday

• Executive Support & Coordination: Manage complex calendars and schedules for members of the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring they are fully briefed on upcoming commitments. Arrange detailed international and domestic travel itineraries, including all necessary documentation.
• Communication & Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming opportunities addressed to the CEO, determining the appropriate course of action or referral.
• Strategic Preparation: Support the CEO in the preparation of meeting materials and executive presentations. Ensure all documents are polished and accurate.
• Discretion & Problem Solving: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity. Proactively identify potential conflicts and resolve issues expeditiously to ensure project completion under strict deadlines.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting senior level executives.
• Proven experience in booking travel arrangements and managing complex schedules.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, clients, and stakeholders.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Must adapt quickly and learn to work well under pressure with limited information and training
