Job Description:
STS Technical Services is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, known as SkyProfessor, you will provide essential technical support to our client’s Flight Attendants for their iPhones and iPads, troubleshooting software, hardware, and cellular connectivity issues. You will ensure our Flight Attendants can perform their duties efficiently by resolving technical issues promptly. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for iPhones and iPads, addressing software, hardware, and cellular connectivity issues.
  • Respond to support calls quickly to minimize disruptions.
  • Assist with device setup, updates, and ongoing troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve recurring issues and improve processes.
Schedule:
  • Operate within a 19-hour window, 7 days a week.
  • Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center or technical support is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of iPhone and iPad functionality, including software updates and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with airline or aviation industry operations is preferred but not required.
