Summary:
We are currently looking for a Warranty Admin Clerk to join our HVAC Warranty Team in our Syracuse, New York.

Supports pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers which may include product ordering, availability and delivery. Customer Care Center.


Job Specifications Overview:
• Provide support to our Distributor Network
• Communicate warranty coverage updates to our Distribution Network
• Provide homeowners with warranty information
• Ensure that product model/serial numbers are loaded into our system
• Process escalated warranty claim exceptions
• Communicate with Distributor Warranty Admins via email and telephone

***The Warranty Admin Clerk position would provide administrative support to these functions (as well as other admin tasks) as needed under the direction of Senior Warranty Admin Staff and/or Management Team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• HS Diploma/GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Data entry (web-based applications)
• Experience keying/capturing all customer call details/interactions into a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) (Salesforce experience is desirable)
• Dependability and a strong work ethic is imperative to this position
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite with a concentration in Word and Excel
• Ability to navigate several open Internet tabs on multiple monitors
• Computer experience to include simple tasks like copy/paste, find, google search, etc.
• Data entry (web-based applications)
• Attention to Detail (accuracy)
• Ability to multi-task as well as take direction from multiple sources
• Ability to interpret and follow standard work instructions and job aids
• Ability to work in multiple systems at one time
• Pass a drug test 
• Pass a background check 


Desired Skills:
• Salesforce experience is desirable
