Primary Job Duties
As a Crew Administration Coordinator you will:
- Update pilot and flight attendant schedules for Leave of Absence, Vacation, Company Business, and initial/yearly proficiency training
- Build schedules for pilots and flight attendants when they return from Leave of Absence
- Monthly audit of pilot and flight attendant schedules
- Coordinate hotel reservations and book flights for flight attendants attending training
- Monitor pilot’s flight time and landings to stay in compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations
- Receive and respond to calls/chats/emails with crewmembers
- Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor
