Pay Range: $25-29
Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Candidate must be able to be onsite 5 days per week for training. Will then have the opportunity to work a hydrid schedule. 3 days onsite/ 2 days remote.

• Managing customer interface and correspondence for both internal and external customers
• Managing commercial and military repair orders and related activities including but not limited to acknowledging, quoting, and invoicing customer orders
• Managing and executing customer contractual requirements
• Effectively processing orders to maintain customer service levels and avoid turnaround time penalties
• Determining validity of warranty claims
• Adhering to import and export compliance regulations
