Key Responsibilities
Monitor Ancillary business performance on a regular basis
Perform deep-dive analysis to identify revenue opportunities and assess campaign effectiveness to recommend effective strategies
Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly performance, and ad hoc reports that will provide insights to assess business performance
Perform root cause analysis to develop corrective strategies
Translate data into strategic insights and communicate with the team to help on decision-making
Review pricing changes and its effect on the overall and per category performance
Recommend promotion mechanics to support both local & regional campaigns and perform impact assessment
Monitoring spanet conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for revenue growth
Responsible to roll-out new Ancillary products and services
Work closely with different stakeholders like Marketing, Operations, Finance, Regulatory, Sales to ensure successful execution of Ancillary initiatives
Coordinate with regional team on group-wide initiatives and projects
Manage ad hoc projects that will deliver incremental revenue for Ancillary
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or other related fields
Knowledgeable in data science with experience in using analytics platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
Knowledgeable in data visualization and dashboard design is a plus
Demonstrates airline business acumen including understanding of spanet dynamics, data analysis and decision-making
Must be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Ability to analyze data and to recommend appropriate strategies
Meticulous, analytical, passionate about data and able to derive meaningful and actionable data insights
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must be comfortable presenting to different teams and management
