ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
The Business Development Analyst will be responsible to lead and execute long-term growth initiatives across a defined portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with proven experience navigating corporate environments, engaging executive-level stakeholders, and driving business expansion through detailed spanet analysis and strategic planning.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the execution of a 3-year business plan for a specific portfolio, based on in-depth spanet analysis, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Identify, initiate, and manage strategic partnerships that support the business plan and contribute to pipeline acceleration and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, PreSales, Product team and partners) to implement the business plan with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business drivers, uncover needs and gaps, and position value-driven solutions.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and drive momentum across the business development lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to pipeline development, spanet penetration, and portfolio performance.
- Support opportunity qualification, early customer engagement, and proposal development.
- Prepare and deliver strategic presentations, commercial offers, and go-to-spanet materials for executive and customer audiences.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE:- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within a corporate environment.
- Background in IT, applications and technology—comfortable with solution‑oriented discussions.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate the business benefits of the solution.
- Strong sense of initiative with an extroverted personality, able to build relationships quickly and effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and work cross-functionally to deliver results.
- Strong understanding of commercial models and financial drivers of business.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence.
- Demonstrated experience in building and executing long-term strategic business plans.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience working with digital transformation, aviation technology, or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Saudi spanet dynamics or prior work experience in the Kingdom.
- Exposure to partner ecosystems or technology alliances that support go‑to‑spanet execution.
