PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Benefits Coordinator to support our benefits team in delivering exceptional health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefits to our valued team members. This is a critical role where you will directly contribute to the development and execution of our benefits programs, all while providing an outstanding employee experience.
What Youll Do:As a Benefits Coordinator, you will be a key player in the successful administration of our benefits offerings. You’ll work closely with the Total Rewards team to plan, design, and evaluate programs, ensuring their smooth implementation. From managing vendor relationships to handling employee inquiries, you’ll ensure that every aspect of the benefits process runs efficiently and effectively.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Responding to inquiries: Address tier 2 benefits questions from employees, HR, and the Employee Services team, providing clear and accurate guidance.
Vendor coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with benefits vendors to resolve escalated concerns and ensure seamless service.
Administration: Oversee the day-to-day management of health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefit plans for active employees, retirees, and COBRA participants.
Data accuracy: Develop internal controls and conduct audits to ensure that all benefits-related information is accurate and up-to-date in company systems and vendor platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with Digital and Payroll teams to validate billing accuracy and payroll deductions.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
1+ years of experience in employee benefits administration, benefits communications, or a customer-focused role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present clearly to individuals or groups.
Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) and benefit enrollment platforms.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour

Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
