JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS:
Route Revenue Executive is responsible to optimize flight routes and maximize revenue through effective inventory management and pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will actively track spanet trends, monitor competitor actions, and analyze flight bookings to drive overall revenue performance.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Revenue Management:
Manage flight inventory and pricing to optimize revenue based on demand and supply principles, ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
Actively track and analyze spanet trends, seasonality, customer profiles, booking trends, and competitor movements to drive revenue performance.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing & Sales teams to improve route performance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the pricing team to manage promotions and fare fillings effectively.
Revenue Management Systems Specialist:
Collaborate with Revenue Management teams to understand and address system bugs, issues, and feature enhancement requirements.
Coordinate with vendors to implement and prioritize bug fixes, issue hotfixes, new releases, and feature enhancements, including participation in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system stability monitoring.
Miscellaneous:
Document all key activities and processes.
Collaborate with data analytics and data science teams on reporting and project initiatives.
Assist with seasonal internal audit activities by providing required support information.
Support the Manager in ad-hoc projects as needed.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelors degree in an analytical field (e.g., Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Aviation Management) or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of experience in Revenue Management; airline industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to interpret data and business financials.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Experience with Navitaire PSS is a strong advantage.
Ability to analyze flight data, spanet trends, and revenue performance is a strong advantage.
Background in revenue analysis from hotels, tourism, or related industries is an added benefit.
Numerically inclined with a strong business mindset.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to interpret data and business financials.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Familiarity with Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Airline Pricing Tools, and Data Visualization Software (Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to industry changes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Based on your performance and contribution in this role, you’ll grow into becoming a Route Revenue Sr. Executive. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maximizing revenue across assigned flight routes through advanced inventory management, dynamic pricing strategies, and demand forecasting. This position requires strong leadership in guiding revenue optimization initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance route profitability.
